FINAL ACQUISITIONS

At Aeterna Artwork Collection, LLC, we curate exclusive, museum-grade physical visual masterpieces designed as enduring visual assets for the discerning collector. Because our artwork is produced under strict limited-edition registries or custom corporate commissions, all acquisitions are considered final sales to preserve the absolute exclusivity and pristine provenance of the collection. 2. TRANSIT PROTECTION & DAMAGE CLAIMS In the rare event that your artwork arrives with structural transit damage, Aeterna Artwork Collection, LLC provides immediate resolution. You must notify our Concierge team at concierge@aeternaartworkcollection.com within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery receipt with detailed photographic documentation of the damage. 3. VERIFICATION AND REPLACEMENT Upon legal verification of transit damage, our gallery will immediately coordinate a secure, insured courier collection of the damaged piece and expedite a priority archival replacement at zero additional cost to the collector.
