If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. 2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS All visual art, imagery, digital assets, site designs, logos, and written content displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Aeterna Artwork Collection, LLC. You are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, replicating, or utilizing our artwork for commercial purposes without explicit, written legal consent from our administration. 3. ACQUISITION AND PRICING All prices listed on our platform are displayed in US Dollars ($). Aeterna Artwork Collection, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any artwork acquisition at our sole discretion. In the event of an inventory or pricing error, we will notify you immediately via contact@aeternaartworkcollection.com and issue a full refund. 4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & GOVERNING LAW Aeterna Artwork Collection, LLC and its officers shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Fairburn, Georgia. The Pre-Dispute Mediation Clause

"By completing this transaction, the Collector explicitly agrees that in the event of a dispute, they must submit a formal support claim to Aeterna Artwork Collection, LLC and allow up to 14 business days for a resolution before contacting their card-issuing bank. Unauthorized chargebacks filed prior to direct mediation constitute a breach of this contract."

Passing of Title and "FOB Shipping Point"

"All high-value art shipments are fulfilled under Free On Board (FOB) Shipping Point terms. Title of ownership and full risk of damage or loss passes directly to the Collector immediately upon our transfer of the insured cargo to the authorized art courier or carrier [3]. Any damage incurred during transit must be claimed directly against the carrier's insurance policy, not via a merchant payment dispute."

Clear Delivery Verification Clause

"Fulfillment delivery is strictly verified by the carrier’s electronic timestamp and an adult signature requirement at the designated shipping address. The Collector agrees that a carrier-certified delivery confirmation receipt constitutes absolute, non-negotiable legal proof of full contract completion, and waives any 'Merchandise Not Received' cardholder claim."

Right to Recovery & Fees

"If a Collector initiates an unfounded chargeback, Aeterna Artwork Collection, LLC reserves the right to seek direct payment by alternative methods, including legal recourse or standard collections. The Collector shall be held personally liable for the full transaction value, plus a $150 administrative chargeback fee and all associated legal collection fees.
